I’d like to thank Mitch of GC Jetset Plumbing for the excellent and meticulous workmanship, professionalism, prompt and on time service. Mitch showed willingness to share his knowledge and expertise for me to understand the job at hand and was up front and committed to his quote, start to finish. My weekend will be spent swanning past my bathroom to stare at my new toilet system and enjoy the peace of no running water , overflow or hissing 😂 Thank you Mitch and thank you Jetset Plumbing for your prompt service response.

Jetset plumbing upgraded my 18 year old failing hot water system. Liam was assigned the job of replacing the system. He was very professional, polite and kept me informed of his progress. His workmanship was excellent and he left the site clean and tidy. Prior to completing the job he explained the key maintenance tasks that I needed to do every six months to ensure the system functioned optimally.

I highly recommend this company for their exceptional, transparent service! My experience started when I noticed a leaking bathroom tap. On my morning commute, I spotted one of their vans and approached the driver. Even though I wasn’t a customer yet, he was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the complexities of what body corporate covers versus private repairs.When I called the office, the coordinator was equally polite and knowledgeable. She patiently guided me through my options without any high-pressure sales tactics.The plumber who completed the initial home visit thoroughly assessed the issues and provided a transparent, fixed-price quote. For our second scheduled visit, they tackled larger, more complex plumbing issues. They assessed, quoted, and resolved everything on-site the very same day.Throughout the process, the team was respectful, understanding, and treated me like family. They genuinely focused on my best interests, and the pricing was incredibly fair for the high volume of work completed. I will absolutely use them again! Thank Howie and Mitch.

Jetset's response to our problem was impressive. Kye turned up on time and made an immediate assessment with advice that repairs would be made the following morning at 7am. George arrived on time and effected the repairs in an efficient and tradesmanlike manner. George is a good communicator and provided details on the repairs. He was tidy in his work and left the worksite in a clean and tidy state.

We’ve used Jetset Plumbing and Jetset Electrical for some years now, and we have always found them to be punctual, have excellent work ethic and reasonably priced. We have used other plumbers in the past, that haven’t been able to solve an issue we had, but Jetset Plumbing found the issue and dealt with it promptly. Therefore we highly recommend. The workmanship was high quality, everything was left clean and tidy, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. Set up the replacement of my hotwater service. and arranged the replacement the same day...Jakob brought everything needed and my hotwater service was replaced...Best ever trade job ive ever had...
