Great customer care and workmanship. Had Adrian come out to replace our existing heat pump hot water system that was on its way out with the Istore 270L Heat Pump system. Apparently the builders had installed our old system incorrectly so Adrian fixed the connections for us when installing the new HWS. Now the hot water pressure is much better. He even called the next day to check everything was okay. Would definitely recommend!

A proper family run business. Had Adrian (owner) come out and replace my 25 year old electric hot water system with a new istore 270L. I sent some photos of the current setup and Adrian gave me a quote over the phone, and explained the new parts and requirements. Adrian came out that week to do the replacement. Final presentation was important and Adrian made sure to make the wiring and pipes clean and compliant. I had some admin concerns afterwards but they were cleared up over the phone and with a detailed email. Beautiful work and highly recommend.

I can't recommend the team at KMS enough. They were fast to get a job quoted and booked much faster and more accurately than their competitors. I had a date and time within the next week and job completed as discribed. Adrian was friendly and had lots of advice and I couldn't be more happy with the Istore heat pump that they installed for us.

Adrian was fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with his service for our new hot water system. He responded really quickly to my quote enquiry and his quote was much lower than other places I’d been in touch with. He was able to come out and install our HWS the very same day, which was greatly appreciated. KMS have installed 2 hot water systems for us. Both times they gave us excellent advice on choosing the right product for our situation. They were prompt and completed the jobs to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Our existing hot water system started leaking and was tripping the circuit breaker. After the decision to go with a heat pump hot water system was finalised, Adrian and the guys at KMS were very responsive with an installation date and efficient in getting the old system out and the new one installed. The iStore 270 looks very impressive and the installation required a new location which the guys were able to improve on and works well. Adrian provided simple and useful information on the setup and maintenance steps.Very happy to recommend Adrian and the guys at KMS Services for hot water system replacement and maintenance.

Current element hws was not adequate so we gave istore a go. So much better 270L does the four of us easily. Nice install by KMS, quick and helpful. So glad we went with these guys. Great system so far, looking forward to power bill to see how much we will save. Cheers.
