I have never used the services of Level Plumbing Dubbo before but we had a plumbing emergency on Monday. I made several calls to Dubbo plumbers but non could come to our aid for several days. Finally I rang Level Plumbing a company I had never used before. They sent someone that day and although he couldn't clear the problem a second visit the next day and the problem was fixed. A well deserved 5 stars to the Company for their prompt aid.

Incredible service with friendly staff throughout all communication. There was clear timeframes and good communication.

"Buyer Beware" is my advice in relation to this organisation. A few months ago, whilst they were doing one of their regular visits to the Dubbo retirement village in which I recently moved into, I requested them to provide a quote to replace my existing electric stove/oven with a natural gas compatible one. Not a difficult task one would think, considering natural gas is already connected to my villa and facilitates the operation of my existing Rinnai gas heater. They attended my residence to prepare their quote, as requested. Then days went by, followed by weeks, without any response from them being received by me. I then phoned their office regarding this long outstanding matter, and was shocked to hear from the person who answered my call that "the job would be too difficult." Hello...... Seriously? 😳 Obviously, they appear to have "bigger fish to fry" in relation to income generation. Maybe this view of mine has been confirmed, based on the fact that I notice their vehicles attending the retirement village in which I reside, virtually "every 2nd day." And the "punch line" of this apparent joke is that I personally contribute to most of the work they complete at my retirement village, via my regular payment of village maintenance fees. Shame on this service provider.
