Mangrove Plumbing & Drainage

Mackay clients of Mangrove Plumbing & Drainage consistently highlight the standard of workmanship and the straightforward nature of dealing with the business. Reviewers often describe friendly, professional treatment from the initial contact through to completion, with tasks finished well and areas tidied once the work was done. Punctuality and clear communication feature often, such as messages sent before arrival and updates regarding deliveries. Courtney and Ryan are named regularly for their assistance; Ryan is credited with sorting out a problem in roughly thirty minutes that another plumber had claimed needed extensive structural repairs, sparing the customer considerable expense.

Customers note quick, sensible quotes, the availability of instalment payments, and charges viewed as reasonable and upfront. Jobs covered include checking and swapping out a hot water unit, an emergency evening visit with supply restored without delay, fitting a dishwasher after a retailer failed to organise it, and guidance for a planned renovation. Permit processes were made far less stressful. Fast response is a common thread, with one person noting a reply at seven in the evening and the work booked for the following day. Politeness and dependability are also highlighted, with customers feeling looked after throughout.

From the 1st phone call to the planning of when the work would be done, I cannot recommend Mangrove Plumbing highly enough. They worked with me providing a fast and reasonable quote, allowed me to make partial payments, to when they were on their way to do the job, getting the job done, cleaning up afterwards top notch. Staff are friendly and aware of customer needs. Job well done - thanks.

Courtney & Ryan were great to deal with , have helped me out on two occasions now, the first saved me thousands after another plumber advised a large structural job was required. Ryan solved it within 30 mins

I just had the boys out to check my place out and I was very happy with service. Ryan was even happy to give some advice on a future renovation. 10/10
