Darren from my plumber Townsville fitted a 10 metre easy drain to my existing downpipe. It is now functional, Darren was good to deal with. A little bit disappointed with the attention to detail and preparation of the grates, taping it would of helped so the whole drain wouldn't be covered in dry cement mix, also some of the straps were left on and covered in concrete. Overall the job was done, but overwhelmingly messy for someone that likes clean finishes.

I needed a plumber urgently calling early in the morning, the phone was answered, Darren was at my door a few hours later, arriving at the estimated time, fixed my issue whilst providing excellent, professional and friendly service. Easy stress free process, pricing is very fair - no price gouging here - an overall excellent service. Definitely recommend 👌

Efficient, reliable, thoughtful, punctual, professional... I thought it would take at least two visits, but after only seeing few pictures, Darren arrived with everything that was needed to complete the job, and even more, in one visit. It felt as if he was able to read my mind. Excellent service.

Darren is very genuine which is what struck me most to start with. He did a toilet repair quickly and well and it cost less than expected. I then got him back again for a much larger job, replacement of a hot water system. He explained options to me and organised the electrical required for this.job as well as doing his part which was most of it. He was always reliable and on time and did a wonderful job. His admin is great a well, always respond in a timely manner. I have already recommended Darren to friends. It has taken me years to find a good plumber.
