Newcastle Plumbing & Blocked Drain Specialist

Drainage work and general plumbing repairs around the Newcastle district draw steady approval for the way this team tackles problems that stump others, with Ryan singled out for diagnosing difficult blockages and restoring flow where tree roots had invaded old lines without disturbing established gardens. Callum is named repeatedly for clearing blocked toilets quickly and courteously, while Jason is remembered for clearing a neglected line at an older property. The office crew, including Kim and Angie, is described as helpful when arranging attendance and diligent about keeping customers informed before and after the work.

Prompt arrival and a willingness to stay until the issue is fully resolved, even over the Easter period, are mentioned time and again. Reviewers characterise the charges as reasonable and the finish as neat, with sites left tidy once the job concludes. Commercial clients recall urgent jobs handled on the spot, supported by follow-up documentation when needed, and renovation plumbing completed by Dean and Brendan is remembered as precise and orderly. Repeat business from both households and trade customers features throughout the accounts, and the same names recur as the reason people call again when a drain or fixture fails.

I would like to recommend, Newcastle Plumbing and Blocked Drain Specialists. I have needed to use this business , twice, recently. I dealt with Ryan and Callum and couldn't be more happier, with the outcome. I highly recommend them. I had also rung the office after the first job , to praise Callum. Such a lovely well mannered young man.

Was having drainage issues with water overflowing at my property, called Newcastle Plumbing on a Saturday, had Ryan arrive who quickly identified and rectified a blocked sewer, no problems. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you

Ryan and his team at Newcastle Plumbing and Blocked Drains are fantastic. Here at The Bulbeck Group we know we can reach out and have everything sorted. Whenever we've had an issue or require urgent plumbing work to be completed, they've come out and sorted it on the spot, which has been a huge help. They're always prompt, extremely professional, and get the job done efficiently. It's great knowing we can rely on them whenever we need any plumbing services. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional plumbing services. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I had a blocked toilet, it was Easter, Ryan came and spent a couple hours there did not leave until the problem was resolved , highly recommend

Can't speak highly enough of Ryan at Newcastle plumbing. Our toilet had had issues from new for years. He personally dealt with manufacturer recieved parts and it now is working better than new. His attention to detail and customer service is next level. So hard to find reliable experienced professional trades. Thank you Ryan

Highly recommend! Staff are very efficient, on time and courteous.

When another company let us down close to Christmas and cancelled a booking at short notice, Newcastle Plumbing stepped in and not only delivered outstanding quality at short notice but wen't above and beyond with communication and follow up documentation required. Thank you Kim, Ryan and the rest of the team. Highly recommend.
