James answered promptly and was very helpful and professional. Logan visited our home and gave a quote within an hour of my phone call. The quote was less than another plumbing business who previously quoted. Logan didn’t have the parts needed but went and sourced them and completed the job within the next hour. Logan kept me informed of his arrival time by phone. We are on holidays but our Housesitters were ion hand to let Logan in. I paid by credit card over the phone and promptly received an emailed receipt. The service was amazingly prompt and stress free from North Queensland! Thank you very much.
Came the same day we called, explained the cost breakdown and were very thorough in fixing the gas leak to include upgrades to new compliance requirements. Highly recommend.
I have been making assessments my whole life and I have never given a 10/10, as nobody is that perfrect. BUT YOU CAME VERY VERY CLOSE From a car park talk, only after information, to an immediatly satified product instillation and finished is the dream of every customer. Thank you Kenneth Connolly
I asked them to come out and give me a quote for one specific issue. When the plumber arrived, he started talking about a bunch of other things that I wasn’t having problems with and gave me a big quote for those instead. When I explained that I only wanted a quote for the original issue I contacted them about, they refused to do it and was very rude to me on the phone
I don’t normally leave reviews except where it is stellar service, but I hope this is useful to someone. I had a copper pipe leak on a weekend with water spraying on the sub floor area. Having called a couple of places I went with the Plumbing Lifesaver. They were slightly cheaper on the call out fee (doesn’t include any on site work) and were able to come straight away. After looking at the leak, I was then quoted $600+ to repair…in addition to the call out fee. I was told also it would only take 15 mins to repair. I naturally queried the cost, particularly considering that the parts cost was negligible (a few hundred mm of copper pipe and joiners). The response I got was that the cost included tooling, labour and parts and there wasn’t much that could be done to reduce it. Having already paid several hundred dollars as a weekend call out fee my choices were limited - either pay the quoted repair cost or shell out a similar call out fee for another weekend plumber. My advice to anyone is to ask for a standard repair cost for the issue upfront before committing to the call out.
A huge thank you to James and the team for your prompt service and repairs. You were able to schedule appointment within the week and notified me when on your way. Logan and Josh were polite, personable, and highly professional throughout the process. Their honesty and clear communication gave me confidence that I was in good hands and that the plumbing issues would be properly resolved. Thank you again for the excellent service. I’ve put your magnet on my fridge for any further repairs! Thanks guys
Logan arrived promptly to give me a quote, courteous and informative. I accepted the quote, Blake arrived shortly after, replaced the old water cistern. The service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use this company again.
