James answered promptly and was very helpful and professional. Logan visited our home and gave a quote within an hour of my phone call. The quote was less than another plumbing business who previously quoted. Logan didn’t have the parts needed but went and sourced them and completed the job within the next hour. Logan kept me informed of his arrival time by phone. We are on holidays but our Housesitters were ion hand to let Logan in. I paid by credit card over the phone and promptly received an emailed receipt. The service was amazingly prompt and stress free from North Queensland! Thank you very much.

When the plumber arrived, he started talking about a bunch of other things that I wasn’t having problems with and gave me a big quote for those instead. When I explained that I only wanted a quote for the original issue I contacted them about, they refused to do it and was very rude to me on the phone

Hi Rang this morning and Josh amd Cameron were prompt and friendly and gave me 3 quotes but went a new hot water system instead of a repair .Josh was very helpful.
