North Grade Plumbing

Plumbing work across new builds and general repairs features in the feedback left for this Launceston operator. Several customers describe Francis, the plumber named most often, as helpful and easy to deal with, with his communication standing out as a consistent strength. Reviewers often mention that problems were sorted faster than anticipated, including one account of an issue resolved quickly and without fuss.

The explanations given along the way are described as open and straightforward, helping clients follow what was being done and why. Honesty and efficiency come up as recurring qualities, alongside a professional and responsive manner when jobs are booked or questions arise. On a recent new build, the plumbing stage is remembered as a smooth part of the process, with the finished result meeting expectations.

The workmanship itself is described as good, and the ease of the whole experience is what tends to be highlighted rather than any single task. Repeat business is a theme, with more than one customer stating they would call on the same plumber again for future work. A theme running through the feedback is how approachable and genuine the service feels from first contact through to completion, which is why the same name keeps appearing in the accounts.

I rang the guys to see if they could fix a blocked drain at our rental. The man I spoke to was very helpful and polite. He had someone on the job quickly, did a great job and fixed the problem. The tenants told us that the boys were lovely and extremely polite and very professional. They kept the tenants informed with what they were doing It's nice to know that there are some still tradies with manners and who turn up when they say they will. I'm very impressed and would recommend them without hesitation 😊😊 Edit. I rang the company and left a message asking if I could book them in to do another job. Didn't get a return phone call. That's fine. I rang Manion who was on the job quickly and everything was sorted. So another tradie who has shot himself in the foot 🫤
