Nott & Drew Pty Ltd

Households and repeat clients in Geelong describe a plumbing firm that turns up when it says it will and keeps people informed if timing shifts. Punctuality is a theme that comes up often, with several accounts noting tradespeople arriving ahead of schedule before tackling awkward jobs such as work on a slightly crooked older house. More than one review highlights the standard of the finished result, whether the task is straightforward or more demanding, and the quality of the parts supplied. Fair and reasonable pricing is raised alongside honesty and reliability, while the politeness and hard work of the tradespeople, including Felix, are singled out for praise.

Customers note that the team communicates clearly before and during the job, explaining what is being done and why. Tidiness and respect for the property also feature in feedback. Many describe using the business across multiple jobs over time, returning because the work is completed professionally and without fuss. Speed and efficiency are valued, with jobs finished promptly once underway. The combination of clear communication, capable tradespeople and consistent results keeps drawing people back for further work around the home.

I have used several times until they charged me a full hour for a 2 minute stop off on their way past... greed has its consequences and I post this review to warn others.

Punctual, reliable and very good work at a fair price. Friendly tradies who work hard to get the job done professionally. We’ve used them many times. Highly recommend

Prompt and reliable great service.

Very prompt service from the team. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend Nott & Drew😁

Cut me off in traffic, but I respect small business so 5 stars.

Nott and Drew have always provided exceptional service when I have needed them. Today, Felix arrived ahead of time and then had to tackle a difficult job on a slightly crooked old house. Great work.
