O'Brien Plumbing Toowoomba

O'Brien Plumbing Toowoomba has built a reputation across Toowoomba on the strength of its tradespeople and the way jobs are managed from first contact to completion. A number of customers describe the team as friendly, helpful and professional, with Grant singled out for his experience, honesty and willingness to explain each step of the work rather than talking down to the homeowner. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality and clear communication, noting that appointments are booked and confirmed well and that tasks are finished promptly to a good standard.

The range of work covered in the feedback includes leak detection and repair of a buried water pipe, where the excavated soil and tiles were put back once the repair was done, along with tap replacement, drainage and gasfitting tasks. Attention to detail is a recurring theme, particularly around the final finish of larger jobs, and the pricing is described as fair and reasonable. Pete and Sean also earn praise by name for their knowledge, politeness and the care taken to resolve issues exactly as the customer wanted. The comment that comes up often is that the same team is called on again for later work.

Did a great job.

Very poor customer service, as I wanted to pay for a Hot Water System installation via Humm. Took more than 3 weeks and multiple phone calls, in which they kept claiming it was hard to set up, and putting me off, telling me they would ring back once it was sorted. This never happened, and after the last time I called for no resolve, I went elsewhere and got the job completed the very next day. Very poor service for a company which is a registered Humm provider.

Sean from O'Brien Plumbing was excellent. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable with excellent attention to detail. Sorted out our plumbing issues exactly as we wished. Definitely recommend this plumbing service.

Very impressed with O'Brien plumbing's punctuality and quick task completion. Thanks Sean!

well done
