The WORST experience with a trade I have ever had! John was organised on behalf of our body corporate to attend our unit complex to see if he could redirect our current guttering issue. His only solution was an underground storm water drain which would destroy 4 out of 6 unit’s backyards and cost tens too thousands! After trying and trying to see if there was any other solutions, John ended up storming out, slamming my front door declaring he’s wasting his time, body corporate won’t spend money on this and I’m here for free. He was directly rude, blunt and didn’t even take off his shoes off to walk through my home when I have just had new carpet laid.

Hot water system was leaking. These guys were able to come out and address the problem same day. Very helpful and grateful for their prompt response and also their reasonable prices.
