Got them to do a simple disconnect/reconnect in a laundry. The tradesman sent didn't even have the tools/material for that and had to go back to the shop, was crudely spoken, kicked the clients dog and didn't clean up. I was charged for almost 8 hours labour by the end and was given the run around when I called questioning the length of time I was billed for. I work in the industry and know how long these jobs should take. I will never use them again for my own work and neither will the business I work for.

Shaun was a huge help and provided instructions on what to do if the issue persists. Explained everything in a way I could understand, and fixed the issue so quickly! Will definitely contact the team for any P&G issues in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Phoned P&GA about a repair to an exterior pipe, availability was right away and rate was a lot less than expected, job was done in half an hour and the problem was fixed perfectly and professionally. I was impressed how efficient the process was and particularly appreciated the shown expertise towards the repair to problem solve in a way to avoid additional costs and parts. Took money in 5 minutes of my call. Promised good service. Confirmed that someone will attend in few hours and then….cancelled twice. Kept us waiting for over 24 hrs and cancelled again at last minute . Staff over the phone are very abrupt, curt and unsympathetic . Clearly not trained in good customer service . Hopefully I willl get my refund!
