QLD Coastal Plumbing

Emergency plumbing and gasfitting form the core of the work customers describe, with burst pipes, roof leaks, blocked drains and stormwater installations featuring across accounts from the Gold Coast and beyond. Reviews regularly refer to how quickly a plumber is dispatched, including one instance where a call about an overflowing outdoor tap was resolved after a plumber travelled from Burleigh to Brisbane.

Customers name Jake, Scott, Liam, Adam, Riley, Aaron and Jessie, and a point that comes up often is their friendly and professional manner, with office staff also credited for following up bookings and keeping homeowners informed. Leak detection, camera inspections, replacement of copper pipe sections, ag pipe and stormwater runs, inspection pits and pressure flow regulators all appear in feedback, alongside emergency call outs for burst pipes.

Clear communication before and after the work is regularly highlighted, as is the care taken to explain what is happening and avoid unnecessary expense. A number of customers describe being charged fairly for the work completed and note that plumbers arrive when expected, work diligently and leave the site tidy. Repeated feedback also points to the team managing unexpected leaks and flooding in an older building calmly, with the same household or business engaging them for repeat jobs across several years.

Big shout out to Jake and his offsider.Had a leak in my roof overnight rang them at 7am and they arrived at 9am Easter Tuesday. Promptly identified a pin hole in the tempering line entering the roof cavity. They replaced a section of copper pipe in no time. Cost was reasonable as well. No hesitation in recommending these guys I have had to use their services on about 2 previous occasions now. Efficient service friendly workmen.

Since our initial contact, this company has been phenomenal. We have a massive water main leak under our house in multiple locations. Not only was it detected in a timely manner, but the guys were excellent at keeping us informed about what was happening and were mindful of not wasting time and our money. Jessie was fantastic in detecting the location of the broken water main and also a secondary leak. The team works well together in determining how to move forward with repairs. Ours is a major rerun of the water main and will take several days. We are very confident in their ability to provide a quality service. That said, one downside to our experience was the director of the business. We found their communication style aggressive and angry towards staff, which was uncomfortable to witness. Overall, the work and communication from the team on-site have been excellent, and we’d still recommend them based on the service provided.

QLD Coastal Plumbing is a very reliable business. They always manage to get someone to help us when we get a surprise leak or flood in our old building. The plumbers are also so friendly and professional. The office team is super helpful and bends over backwards to get us sorted. You need not look elsewhere =)

Thank you for the service. Fast efficient and trustworthy. They have helped us out a Few times and worked with us over time on a cost effective solution. The team were all so well mannered and kept us informed of where it was up to. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I'm so impressed with the fast service! -it was Sunday night, I requested assistance through the website chat, and received an immediate response that it was possible to emergency plumbing service. Plumber promptly came from Burleigh to Brisbane and nice and quick resolved the issue with an overflowing outdoor tap. I'm very satisfied with his service. If you ever need emergency plumbing work, I strongly recommend QLD Coastal Plumbing!! Thank you so much!!

This company is absolutely amazing. So happy with the service and the workmanship from start to finish. We have been using their services for quite a while for both private and commercial matters and they have been absolutely fantastic. Everybody is so friendly, the staff on the phone is absolutely outstanding and such a pleasure to communicate with and everybody does such a great job, are courteous and reliable. So happy we found this plumbing company. Can more than highly recommend Qld Coastal Plumbing.

I’m giving a rating based on the service of Jesse who came to our rescue after nearly 3 weeks of no hot water. Unfortunately the first person sent out just kept telling us what couldn’t be done. Jesse deserves full credit. He had us up & running within a hour with better water than we’ve had in over 20 years. Such a shame that not all staff worked at his level.
