Reece Plumbing Dubbo

Helpfulness and practical problem-solving stand out as the theme that recurs most in feedback about this Dubbo plumbing and bathroom supply business. More than one customer describes staff going out of their way to find a solution rather than simply pointing to a shelf, with Sasha singled out as lovely and obliging, and Mark credited for walking a customer through the steps needed to complete a repair with a broken sink pipe. Reviewers often mention the speed of service, one noting that a suitable washer for a hand basin plug was located, fitted and the customer back on the road within about ten minutes, despite the staff member not being familiar with the particular plug type.

Politeness and a willingness to try appear alongside that efficiency. The range of goods matches the trade focus, with bathroom supplies, hardware, plumbing supplies, pipes, roofing supplies, shower doors and tools all available under the one roof. Customers coming in with a specific part or a repair in mind describe receiving advice and suggestions rather than a simple transaction, and the outcome is generally a job completed successfully.

Fantastic customer service! Went in with a broken s bend sink pipe and Mark gave us advice, suggestions and steps on how to get the job done successfully. Overall, very happy customers.

Travelling through Dubbo in our van. Called into Reece to see if we could find a particular washer for our hand basin plug. The gent who served me was not familiar with the plug type but he was very happy to try to find a solution. He was quick and very polite. A suitable washer was found and fitted and I was on my way in 10 minutes. I thoroughly recommend the service that was provided.

Really helpful. Sasha assisted us and is really lovely and helpful!
