Simon & Sons Plumbing

Geelong households and property managers describe Simon & Sons Plumbing as a dependable choice for both routine and urgent work. A theme that emerges across the feedback is punctuality: trades arrive when promised, and several accounts note that short-notice call-outs are handled without fuss, including early next-day attendance after a quick response to an enquiry.

Customers repeatedly highlight clear communication, from explaining the problem before work starts to arranging parts and quoting on the spot. Reviewers describe a range of jobs, including unblocking a toilet, restoring a shower, replacing a hot water service in time for the children's bath, installing a dishwasher with relocated pipes, and resolving long-standing low water pressure that had been attributed to major excavation.

Simon is named often and is described as polite, friendly and efficient, with a manner that puts people at ease, including when visitors were due to arrive. Tidiness comes up too, with work areas left neat and clean afterwards. Fair pricing is mentioned in the context of large and small jobs alike, alongside the practice of turning up promptly and completing the work in one visit. Landlords and property managers note that calls are answered when unexpected issues arise, which they value for holiday rentals.
