Luck is a very good professional and experienced plumber. He came to my house this morning, helping me install the hot water tank. He started quickly and did the job. Also, Luck cleaned the rubbish and tidied up the ground. Darren also gave a very reasonable price. I really appreciate SunCity Plumbing. It's recommended to everyone who needs a plumber to fix the problem.

Amazing service and pricing. I called in the morning and had a brand new heat pump installed by 3pm the same day. I also compared prices with three other companies and SunCity was by far the best. Highly recommend.

I recently hired this company to install a heat pump boiler, but the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the finishing work was subpar, and they left the site in a messy state without proper tidying up. Furthermore, they promised to return to repair the concrete under slab caused during installation, but they never showed up. Their lack of customer service and attention to detail is frustrating. I would not recommend this company to others.

Contacted this business not once, but twice, four days apart via their website template and failed to hear anything back even though they clearly state someone would get back to me within the hour . Who would get them to do a job at your place with this kind of slackness? ***************************************************************** Response to Suncity Hot Water ..... I never received a phone call from you( checked every call)and if you did why didn't you leave a voice mail as others do? You could have emailed me (or messaged me) as you wanted that contact as well in your submission form but you didn't bother. The water filter is so readily available that your response is totally farcical , in fact, I find it difficult to come to grips with your response as a hot water system repair business. Maybe you should show some respect to a potential customer who took the time to contact your business twice and at least make some effort to respond and not ignore. All ok now. I got someone who responded quickly( as promised) and to do the job without any dramas.

Suncity has a very professional approach with great customer service. Their price is very competitive. My thanks to the professionalism of Lucas whose installation was conducted with attention to detail with-minimum fuss.

Left a message and Darren rang me back quite quickly. Spoke to him about what I needed and he gave me a rough quote. Then organised a day and rough time guy turned up and did a great job and took my old tank away which saved me dumping it. Great service and great price thanks again Darren.
