SUNPAK Hot Water and Pool Heating

Heat pumps for pools and domestic hot water feature prominently in the feedback, with the Sunshine Coast as the area covered by this team. Customers in several reviews describe the quoting stage as thorough, noting that the first visit came with a clear walkthrough of how the installation would run and that the outcome matched what had been set out in advance.

Ben is named frequently, credited with taking the time to hear what householders wanted, suggesting sensible options for their particular setup and making the experience feel easy. A theme running through the feedback is the tidiness of the work, with offcuts removed and the finished pipework described as neat. Units from Reclaim, EVO and EvoHeat are reported to have arrived and gone in quickly on the promised day, and householders appreciate timer controls that allow solar generation to warm the water during daylight.

Reduced power bills after an upgrade are noted repeatedly, along with the convenience of remote monitoring. For pool owners, pump capacity was matched to the existing setup before anything was fitted, and the team explained afterwards how to watch performance. Enquiries drew replies within a reasonable timeframe, and one small fault was seen to the next morning.

I purchased a heat pump pool heater from these guys. They came and looked at the job, explained what size pump would suit best, gave me a price, which was very reasonable and then installed as they said they would. No fuss. Having the pool heated is great. I highly reccomend this company. Happy to discuss my experience. 5 stars from me.

SUNPAK Hot Water and Pool Heating recently installed a heat-pump hot water system for us, and the entire experience was exceptional. Ben and his team responded promptly, provided a clear and competitive quote, and delivered a high-quality installation exactly as promised. Ben also pointed out a way to change my circuit board to allow me to get the full value from my solar panels, which will save me $100s per year. Professional, reliable and easy to deal with from start to finish. I highly recommend SUNPAK to anyone considering a new hot water or pool heating system.

Very detailed quote provided. Good explanation of process on initial visit. Installation was well coordinated. And everything completed as per original advise. Ben was great throughout entire process. Highly recommend this team.

Ben was great to deal with from start to finish. He came out to assess the space, took the time to listen to what we wanted, and gave us some really helpful recommendations on the best options for our setup. When our old heat pump died, he was quick to get things moving and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really happy with the new spa heat pump and the overall service.

We had an EvoHeat EVO270-E hot water heater pump installed in March 2026 to replace our two instant gas hot water systems. We dealt with Ben from SunPak Hot Water on the Sunshine Coast. From the initial quotes, on-site inspection and subsequent advice Ben provided, through to the follow-up he did, we have been extremely happy with the product and services delivered. The EVO270-E was an excellent product for our requirements and coastal location. The addition of the WiFi option has been very useful and the installation was done in a very professional manner. We would strongly recommend putting EvoHeat as a must consider on your heat pump shortlist.

Really happy with the prompt service from Ben. It was a minor issue however Ben handled it professionally and efficiently Called for the service on my hot water system on Tuesday and by Wednesday morning Ben was onsite. Grateful

The installation of a our EvoHeat pool heater could not have been and smoother. Ben and George arrived right on the agreed time and went straight to work on installing the unit. Ben clearly explained what they needed to do and made sure I was in agreement. After the installation Ben explained what they had done and how to monitor the unit's performance. I can highly recommend SUNPAK , Ben, and his team for their courteous and professional approach.
