We just want to say how wonderful Too Dog team were providing an emergency response for us. Sonya was wonderful. It was mid Friday nearing knockoff time and we had water spurting out from behind our render. Sonya sourced a plumber for us, was reassuring and within two hours our situation was fixed. The plumber was awesome, professional and loved our dog. We are repeat customers of Too Dog Plumbing and highly rate this team!! Invoice was not too scary either which is always a bonus. Jen and V

Craig and the team were amazing when my mum's 40 year old HWS stopped working. They came out straight away, made sure she had some temporary hot water and quickly installed the new HWS. I was very impressed with their service - it was excellent. And all for a reasonable price.

We had a great experience with Top Dog and a leak causing damage to the floor boards at our house. The issue involved multiple visits to find the leak due to the layout of the house but our plumber Luke communicated the issues well, and cleaned up the outside area beautifully after the issue was resolved.

The reason I’m posting this review is because I honestly would have been ripped off if it wasn’t for Craig, I contacted him as there was no water coming out my hot taps and said I needed a new hot water tank, Craig came to quote the job and told me that it was only a faulty valve 😀 which he fixed on the spot I don’t think everyone would have been so honest and I would have happily paid for a new system non the wiser.on top of that he was polite and professional and responded to my initial inquiry on a Sunday. Don’t worry his honesty hasn’t lost him any $$ as i will use him again and recommend to friends and colleagues

Matt came to our house and only had help and solutions. Many tradies want the job handed to them on a platter and create delays and frustration. Matt was brilliant, great bloke and willing to make sure the job was finished even though there was a bit of carpentry involved. Our second job with Top Dog now and failed to disappoint.
