Top Dog Plumbing

Homeowners, landlords and body corporate managers on the Sunshine Coast form the bulk of Top Dog Plumbing's repeat clientele, and it is Craig whom reviewers single out as the reason they keep coming back. His habit of explaining possible scenarios and solutions before starting work is described as informative and reassuring. A point that comes up often is the honesty applied to diagnosis, illustrated by an account in which a replacement hot water system was expected but a faulty valve was repaired instead.

Response times draw consistent praise, whether the call concerns a failed hot water unit or routine attention across a property portfolio, with same-day fixes noted in more than one account. Brian is named for a toilet installation carried out respectfully and with the area left spotless. The work reflected in the feedback spans hot water systems, drainage and general plumbing repairs, including one job that involved carpentry. Competitive pricing and clearly itemised invoices are highlighted, as are savings achieved against other quotes, while long-standing clients describe years of dependable, professional service.

We just want to say how wonderful Too Dog team were providing an emergency response for us. Sonya was wonderful. It was mid Friday nearing knockoff time and we had water spurting out from behind our render. Sonya sourced a plumber for us, was reassuring and within two hours our situation was fixed. The plumber was awesome, professional and loved our dog. We are repeat customers of Too Dog Plumbing and highly rate this team!! Invoice was not too scary either which is always a bonus. Jen and V

Great service and quick response times. We use this company regularly for our property portfolio and appreciate everything they have done for us. Highly recommend!

Craig and the team were amazing when my mum's 40 year old HWS stopped working. They came out straight away, made sure she had some temporary hot water and quickly installed the new HWS. I was very impressed with their service - it was excellent. And all for a reasonable price.

Wonderfully prompt service, arrived on time, plumber was lovely. Issue was bigger than we thought & they still got it fixed same day! Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Top Dog and a leak causing damage to the floor boards at our house. The issue involved multiple visits to find the leak due to the layout of the house but our plumber Luke communicated the issues well, and cleaned up the outside area beautifully after the issue was resolved.

The reason I’m posting this review is because I honestly would have been ripped off if it wasn’t for Craig, I contacted him as there was no water coming out my hot taps and said I needed a new hot water tank, Craig came to quote the job and told me that it was only a faulty valve 😀 which he fixed on the spot I don’t think everyone would have been so honest and I would have happily paid for a new system non the wiser.on top of that he was polite and professional and responded to my initial inquiry on a Sunday. Don’t worry his honesty hasn’t lost him any $$ as i will use him again and recommend to friends and colleagues

Matt came to our house and only had help and solutions. Many tradies want the job handed to them on a platter and create delays and frustration. Matt was brilliant, great bloke and willing to make sure the job was finished even though there was a bit of carpentry involved. Our second job with Top Dog now and failed to disappoint. Thanks Matt and Top Dog
