Tri Plumbing Services, Mackay

Blocked drains and hot water systems dominate the feedback for this Mackay plumbing operation, whose reviews describe work carried through from the first phone call to the finished result. A tradesperson ringing ahead to confirm an arrival window, then appearing when promised, is a habit reviewers repeatedly praise when explaining why they call the same team again. The finished standard is described as professional and thorough, including a stubborn blockage that needed more than a routine clearing, resolved properly with the likely cause explained and practical advice offered on avoiding a repeat.

Pricing is consistently described as fair and competitive for the work performed. Staff come across as friendly, polite and knowledgeable, with Cale singled out for a difficult job completed in trying heat. Emergency and non-urgent call-outs alike are reported as handled promptly, sometimes within an hour, and additional faults discovered on site are dealt with rather than deferred. The work covered in the feedback spans hot water systems, gasfitting and drainage, together with roofing supply, and the same dependability shows across repeat visits.

TRI plumbing installed a new 250Lt Hot water system at my place. Very professional job. The tradesman who attended arrived on time, was friendly and did a quality job. Price was competitive. Very happy with the experience and would reccommend them to anyone!

I called at midnight on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday and someone (apologies but I can't recall the name) answered my call for a burst hot water feed pipe under the house. I had Dave show at 9am the next morning to sort the problem out. I can highly recommend the service as the uphold their 24 hour call claim and do the job quickly and efficiently.

Great service with a smile. Friendly and got job done fast. Thank you

Workmanship was satisfactory, but what got me was the undisclosed $159.02 per hour! Plus an $18.00 fuel fee! No not for a callout or weekend, for a planned bathroom roughin and fit out during the week. I myself have been a diesel mechanic for over 30 years, I know rates, but $154.00 during the week! I won’t return again. Keep looking, plenty of good plumbers at affordable prices in Mackay. And No!!!! hourly rate was NOT disclosed on booking! Why would I be here warning others if they did.

A bit disappointed in the attitude taken by staff in that arranged for 7.30am arrival but no notification that they would be late. Over one hour. But the plumber himself was friendly and appeared knowledgable about the requirement of the installation I wanted

We had a hard to trace blockage in our storm water system. Dean and Mitch were able to come up with an alternative solution. Very helpful!

Great service, he expected my hot water system and explained I needed an electrician. Very helpful and very polite thank you
