Water Systems Pty Ltd

Property managers and households replacing hot water systems in Melbourne feature prominently among the accounts left for Water Systems Pty Ltd, and the same strengths surface again and again. Customers describe prompt attendance and punctuality, with jobs completed on schedule, and several mention that the price quoted matched what was charged. The quality of the installation work is a recurring theme, as is the cleanliness of the finish: reviewers note that the team tidies the site and takes the old unit away.

Julian is named repeatedly for his knowledge and professional manner, with customers describing him as patient and willing to explain the work, including during the replacement of a gas heater carried out for an elderly parent. Communication before and after the job is praised, along with the friendly reception received. Repeat business is common, with one customer returning after sixteen years and another engaging the company across two properties for multiple replacements. Rheem units appear in the accounts, and the work spans hot water system supply, installation and removal, alongside general plumbing tasks.

Julian and Deuce thanks for being such a great team. Julian you were really professional, friendly and took the time to listen. And Deuce (the friendliest golden labrador) did a great job as quality control and customer liaison 😉

Thank you to the team at Just Hot Water for your outstanding service. As a property manager, I have found good reliable contractors are hard to find, therefore, I am thrilled to have found your company and I will continue to use your services for future jobs. Thanks again! You guys are the best!

Would highly recommend this company. Julian is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. All work is done to the highest of standard. Definitely give these guys a call!!

Check VCAT's records before using this company. I wish I had, it would have saved me $8,000. Edit: I just noticed the owners response. I never took him to VCAT but I lost $8,000 by having to get the 2 boilers he installed replaced.

As an property manager I rely on tradesman to be at the top of their game. Daniel and Julian have been the best to deal with! I have found Just Hot Water systems to be very efficient, competitively priced and well informed in their industry and would highly recommend their services.
