Wayne Hobbs Plumbing and Gas fitting

Across Shepparton and the surrounding district, Wayne Hobbs Plumbing and Gas fitting draws consistent praise for the breadth of work it handles, from drainage and gas fitting to hot water and general plumbing repairs. Various customers describe how quickly jobs are scheduled, with calls answered directly and attendance often the same day or the next, and reviewers repeatedly mention that Wayne and Dan arrive when they say they will, sending a message ahead of time. The quality of the finished work is a recurring theme: unblocking sink gully drains with jet power, fitting hot water shut-off taps, replacing flick mixer kitchen taps, installing freestanding stoves, repairing leaking gas regulator fittings and clearing blocked toilet drains.

Customers note clear explanations of the problem and the work required, along with practical advice for ongoing maintenance such as gas heater servicing. Tidiness on site and fair, reasonable costs come up often, including small extra checks carried out at no charge. Wayne and Dan are named for their friendly, knowledgeable manner, and the sense of old-fashioned trustworthy service is a point that comes up often, with rubbish removed and follow-up work booked for gas heater inspections.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Wayne and his team for all of our plumbing needs, and we couldn't be happier! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Wayne was not only friendly and prompt but also highly professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything related to our plumbing issues, which made us feel confident in the work being done. He installed our massive washer/dryer with ease and efficiently fixed our blocked toilet. What truly impressed us was that he even cleaned the toilet after the repair—talk about going the extra mile! The quality of work was incredible, and we found the prices to be very fair. We’ve had super fast responses every time we’ve called; it’s always been same-day repairs. We highly recommend Wayne and his team for any plumbing needs. We won’t be calling another plumber again—Wayne has earned our trust and loyalty! Thank you, Jack and Clair

Great service. Wayne answered the phone first time I called and was there a few hours after. Friendly prompt service. Thankyou

Prompt reliable and efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

Great service from Wayne and Dan! They arrived promptly, were professional and friendly, and quickly fixed a blocked toilet drain that had been causing us trouble. They explained what the issue was and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciated how efficient and tidy they were. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Wayne was very prompt in attending and got the job done then and there on the spot. Very efficient and friendly.

Called Wayne with a broken down pipe that he came and had repaired within 2 hours of calling before the rain came down. I was very grateful, he was even happy to do another odd job while there for me. Will be definitely calling again in future.

Great service - turned up the day after I cashed, came at the arranged time and completed the work quickly and efficiently - very happy
