1touch Plumbing were incredibly easy to deal with; we contacted them as our hot water system had stopped working, and within 24hrs a new system had been installed, for a very reasonable price. Staff were polite and professional and left absolutely no mess. Highly recommend!! 😁

After trying a couple of different plumbing companies I got in touch with one touch plumbing and they came out the same day to fix an issue that needed fixing sooner rather than later. I told them what I wanted. They reassured me that they could do it. And I feel like the price is a good price. So I am happy

We had to have a complete re-plumb following discovering evidence of a major leak below the house slab. On contacting the plumbers and after agreeing to the quote that afternoon, the plumbers were around the next morning at 7am. The crew were fantastic, friendly and very professional. They got the job done in 2 days which by my estimation is remarkable. No leaks and a very clean install of the new copper pipes. The crew needed to return for a refix on our quirky laundry plumbing when the pressure relief valve attached to the hot water malfunctioned resulting in only hot water flowing in one tap. Excellent work all round and again they were here within a few hours of our second call. I can't say enough or have any higher praise for this business

From the first contact, quotation & end finish they were so professional. I had purchased the wrong type of toilet & they even looked up the Bunnings app to show me the correct toilet to buy. This morning we got 1 touch to come out and fix our tap. Brett was amazing on time and very friendly and great customer service. When ringing looking for a plumber the reception lady was lovely and friendly also. Very happy with 1 touch and would recommend them for sure and will be using them in the future myself.
