Was abt to get super ripped off by a plumbing company as bit of a difficult job. I was recommended by 2 friends to AHW. Well they were less than half previous quoted price, came within 2 hours, job completed that day and Marcus the technician was super professional, friendly and cleaned up. I am giving 10/10 for these guys....and I do not give this score unless over and above service. Thank you AHW.

Absolutely faultless removal of my hot water tank and installation of a new one in a very tricky position in house. Don't know what where we would be without Grant, his technician and Steve. Very professional and extremely reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I can't fault them. I called about 7.30 this morning, and they were here before 9.15. The service was efficient and professional. They were upfront with their pricing and the overall cost was reasonable.

This is a good news story. Ends with a mega recommendation and sweet customer satisfaction. Starts with an exploded antique Rheem, all sorted 24 hours after we first called and then met the Utterly Professional Legend Reliable Top Bloke GRANT at our wet, skanky house in Maroubra. My acting CEO, personal trainer and wife had already called 5 possibles, ZERO who passed the basics: honest, courteous, decent, urgent, respectful and just plain bloody reliable. The contrast with other businesses is why the GRANTS of this world are so rare and deserve a write up, if ppl actually read these. Most possibles did their best to squeeze, stress or just unbalance us - there’s a depressing complexity to replacing a hot water system that might make some sense after a good hot bloody shower… but when yr talking rebates, removals, electrics… etc, then the add ons and then the fibs, upon twists, tricks, rudeness and obvious scams - a good honest man is a precious thing. Wife’s showering now. No screams (yet!) and will let yas all know if it blows up - but: abso 100% from us. Price. Care. Turnaround! Clean up. True professionals. Good people, great, honest price and - well - we feel like our neighbours just did us a huge favour! And not too many customers can ever say that about a bloody important domestic debacle. The work of supply and install of Rinnai Infinity hot water unit was carried out very professionally. The old defective unit was taken away. The installer Marcas did good job. The work was carried out on the next day after contacting them. Once it was identified that the old unit was not repairable the Admin Assistant lady came in her car to deliver the new unit very quickly. I highly recommend Australian Hot Water-East for any such work.
