From getting booked in, and having the service and safety check on my heater the same day was amazing. It felt like the office went above and beyond with their service, also have to give recognition to the technician whom serviced my gas heater today! Lovely, respectable man named Adam. Went through the thorough details of the service, every step he did - I was informed, and actually learned a few new things today. Thankyou for servicing my gas heater! Gas Heater Service Sydney came out last week to attend to our blocked drain and they were able to get someone out within the hour as the drain was overflowing and they fixed everything in a jiffy!!!!! Can not recommend them enough would be using them again in the future for sure

The serviceman Hayden and his assistant were excellent. So polite and helpful. I had 3 heaters serviced for the first time in several years. ( my bad) . They showed me what needed doing and thoroughly cleaned then checked the heaters for leaks etc. They even helped me put the spare heater in the storage downstairs. Booking was easy, the staff were lovely to deal with and accommodating about finding a time that fitted my work schedule. There were SMS reminders and a phone call when on the way. They arrived on time and for the last job on a Friday arvo were super pleasant, didn’t rush , just took time to do it properly. Highly recommend.
