Cheapa Hot Water Sydney

Replacing, repairing and servicing hot water units is the work that features most in accounts of this business, covering conventional storage heaters, heat pumps and solar installations. A detail many reviews return to is how quickly jobs are arranged, with calls and messages answered promptly and attendance following within hours rather than days. Named technicians recur throughout the feedback: Andrew for turning up precisely when promised and carting away the old unit, Steve for explaining each step and assessing a system carefully before recommending anything, and John for tracing a fault and having it fixed the same day.

Reviewers frequently point to the guidance offered on selecting the correct type and size of heater, including one household that was advised against an unnecessary replacement because its existing solar equipment remained sound. Pricing is described as clear and reasonable for both repairs and new installations, and the manner of those on site is consistently called friendly and professional. More challenging installations, one of them described as tricky, were completed without fuss, with customers kept informed before and after the visit and left with systems running properly.

Amazing service, highly recommended. I had issues with my Hot water system and after a call in the morning John had the problem fixed within a few hours. I have used Cheapa Hot Water a few times now and are always professional.

John did a great job at short notice and for a fair price. He gave us some good advice about maintaining our new Hot Water system. All in all an excellent result.
