iStore 270L heat pump system just installed and the process was like a well oiled machine. Shout out to Elijah S, called the office at 8:30am and he had two plumbers installing a unit at my residence by 11:30am. Really lived up to the name.

I had a hot water tank replaced today by Jay. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and the cost break down. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jay. Highly recommended. From West Pennant Hills.

Heya, just a bit of criticism. Electric water heater stopped working, quoted $320 over the phone for a change of thermostat and heating element. Bloke came out, poor guy, he needed to ring another bloke to guide him through the job over face-time and call. A 10-minute job to change only the thermostat took over 1 hour and costed $330 not including the card charge. Absolutely lovely bloke, and I'm grateful for the early call out, but I'll probably choose local next time or buy the parts and do it myself.

Do not recommend. I was without hot water for a week and contacted Same Day Hot Water Service expecting either a same-day or next-day hot water system installation. I provided photos and requested a specific brand/model, but they still insisted to visit to provide a quote. A technician attended on Monday and unfortunately, he had difficulty finding the property and I had to guide him multiple times over the phone and via FaceTime. While inconvenient, I was happy to assist and he eventually arrived. By the end of the day, I was advised that the specific brand I requested was unavailable, but they could install a similar model instead. We agreed to proceed with the replacement on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, I messaged the staff member handling the booking to confirm the appointment, as I had taken the day off work to provide access. He confirmed that a technician would attend between 11:00am and 3:00pm. After waiting approximately four hours, I followed up at 3:00pm to ask for an ETA. I was then told there had been some confusion and that I had actually been booked in for Thursday. The communication trail was clear and in writing, so this mistake should not have happened. It was even more disappointing that nothing was offered to make up for the error and no effort was made to attend that day despite the inconvenience caused. For a company called "Same Day Hot Water Service", this experience fell well short of expectations. Poor communication, poor organisation and a complete disregard for my time. I will not be using this company again.
