Australian Hot Water-South West

Homeowners across Sydney's south-west facing failed tanks and planned upgrades turn to Australian Hot Water, and the feedback points to a responsive, well-organised operation. Many describe booking through the online system as quick and straightforward, with replacements often finished the same day. Wayne stands out for candid, thorough guidance by phone and at the quoting stage, Daniel for skilled installation of Rheem gas units, and Graham for patient, friendly explanations.

Tom is called efficient and courteous on site, while Georgie, Angus and Theo are credited with arranging a fast call-out and a loan unit without charge after a tank burst. Customers repeatedly highlight punctual arrival, reasonable pricing and solid workmanship on Rheem Stellar, continuous flow and Ambipower heat pump systems, with old equipment taken away. Kevin and Paul are named for a solar water heater swap handled without pressure to spend more. Communication before and after the job, tidy sites and polite tradespeople come up often, and the swift turnaround on replacements is a recurring theme.

Thanks guys,Amazing service. Very happy with the install and it was so quick and easy with the online ordering. Cheers.

Graham from the Fyshwick ACT store came to our home to provide a quote. He was very friendly and professional and answered all our questions. Being happy with the price we booked the installation. Tom and his off sider came to install the system on time. Tom the plumber was great. Very friendly, professional and efficient. He did a great job. Thanks to the whole Australian Hot Water team. Great experience.

Fantastic Service !! I booked online and he arrived on time and changed the HW System in no time. Professional and courteous, I highly recommend Australian Hot Water. Quality work, quality service and a great price.

Fantastic same day install of Rheem 26 continuous flow water heater, fair price prompt service and took my old one away! Highly Recommended

Quick and easy to arrange a technician, with a $160 call out fee, on the higher end but we we ok with it. The issue was a switch that had been turned off. We then had an additional $120 labour charge just to turn it back on. Efficient service, but the pricing for a basic task was disappointing.

Thank so much for the fantastic service provided. Every part of your service was incredible from taking a late evening call, to assisting with trouble shooting some problems with our system to be being available to replace my system in a short turn around. Highly recommend the team who were so accommodating and professional. Thanks so much

Big shout out to Dan from Australia Hot Water! He came by to check out our old system and in 2 days we had a brand new one installed. Super easy, quick, and such a smooth process. Thanks so much Dan!
