Australian Hot Water Northern Beaches were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish of our new 315L electric water heater supply and installation. The installer arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour. We were informed about the instalation and warranties. The completed job was neat and included insulation on the hot pipes local to the heater.

After getting what I thought was a very high quote from someone else for a replacement hot water system, I called Australian Hot Water after finding them online. The price they gave me over the phone matched the website which was less than half what I was quoted by the other plumber. They booked the job in very quickly and the plumber who did the job (Angus) was an absolute champion - professional, he explained what he was doing and what I should expect, did the job efficiently and didn't leave any mess. Highly recommended!

I waited 3 hours todayafter booking a service yesyerdat because I had no hot water and prob need a new system.I had to call them. The job was on hold...they couldnt explain why and no one had contacted me. Needless to say I declined the offer of a call out tomorrow. Another business was happy to send someone today...they get to profit.

We own an Australia hot water system. When it came down to the warranty the charged us $600 for work they had to come out multiple times to fix. The stated everything they could so they did not have to honour the warranty. I would be very careful purchasing a hot water system off them

Australian Hot Water replaced our gas water heater and were absolutely brilliant to deal with. They came out to quote some different options (we considered moving to electric), and after choosing to replace the gas unit, it was installed 48 hours later. Angus, the installer, was absolutely great - prompt, polite, and did a super tidy job. All competitively priced too. Can’t fault them 10/10 recommend.
