Ballarat Hot Water and Plumbing

Prompt, friendly hot water work is the theme running through feedback from Ballarat customers, with Kevin named time and again for jobs that are quick, tidy and clearly explained. Reviewers often mention him turning up soon after a call, sometimes first thing, and having a failed system running again or replaced the same day. A point made in several accounts is the care taken to discuss options, whether that means keeping gas, switching to electricity, or selecting a Rheem heat pump and checking eligibility for the government rebate on it.

Workmanship is consistently described as neat and professional, with sites left clean once the job is finished, and pricing is called fair and reasonable for the effort involved. Customers note that questions about their own systems are answered patiently, both before a unit is chosen and after it is installed, and that the same courteous manner carries through from the first conversation to the completed job. Jobs range from replacing a control valve on a Vulcan gas heater to a full changeover to a heat pump, all handled by the same tradesman.

Great service, done in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy customer.

I called Kev when the old Vulcan gas water heater gave up and he came around and installed a new electric Rheem Heat Pump unit. He did a great job...neat, professional and friendly. Highly recommend! Thanks Kev!

I was truly impressed by his service. Not only was he right on time, but his work was also quick and professional—all at a very fair price. He is a trustworthy professional, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Kev was great. Came early in the morning and fixed the hot water issue in 20 mins. He was happy to answer a few general questions from me about my system as well. Would definitely recommend.
