Flow Plumbing & Maintenance

Flow Plumbing & Maintenance is the backdrop for feedback that centres on the work of Peter and his crew across Ballarat, with renovation projects, kitchen fit-offs and hot water replacements recurring throughout the accounts. Several reviewers describe plumbing emergencies and larger jobs being handled thoroughly and efficiently, including a water leak that another plumber had missed and that was quickly traced and repaired. A detail many reviews return to is communication: options for placing fittings are discussed, completed work is explained, and quotes are called accurate and fair against other estimates.

Punctuality and responsiveness are mentioned again and again, whether the job is a minor callout or a full wet area installation. Customers also note that the team coordinates other trades, including concreting, and takes care of the lawn when trenches are dug, relaying turf so it can regrow. Tidiness draws frequent praise, with properties left as they were found. Peter Thompson is named for his knowledge, professionalism and friendly manner, while the wider crew is described as respectful and straightforward. Replacement of an instantaneous gas hot water unit, leak detection and drainage pipework all feature among the jobs completed.

Peter and his fantastic team came and diagnosed a significant water leak that another plumbing service had failed to diagnose. They worked quickly, quoted accurately and effectively and coordinated other trades including concreting to complete the job. Having had to dig large trenches in the lawn to lay new pipes, they even took care to look after the turf and ensure they laid it again on the soil to give it the best chance possible of growing. They considered everything, including making sure we had everything explained clearly along the way. Honestly have dealt with some seriously shonky trades in Ballarat - these guys are just fantastic, we’ve used them a few times now and will be again in future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Edit: we have since had Flow out for another smaller job, completely unrelated and more related to my shonky DIY job. They were non-judgemental, quick as a flash and kind and approachable throughout the brief process. I wish I could leave more reviews!

Absolutely fantastic service from Pete and his team! They went above and beyond, were super quick to respond and had everything sorted in no time. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail on the kitchen fit-off. Professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We’d highly recommend the team at Flow Plumbing ☺️

Peter is always responsive and completes jobs thoroughly and efficiently, whether it’s a large job like our new bathroom/laundry or smaller emergency callouts. Workmanship is fantastic and is always lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone.
