Peter and his fantastic team came and diagnosed a significant water leak that another plumbing service had failed to diagnose. They worked quickly, quoted accurately and effectively and coordinated other trades including concreting to complete the job. Having had to dig large trenches in the lawn to lay new pipes, they even took care to look after the turf and ensure they laid it again on the soil to give it the best chance possible of growing. They considered everything, including making sure we had everything explained clearly along the way. Honestly have dealt with some seriously shonky trades in Ballarat - these guys are just fantastic, we’ve used them a few times now and will be again in future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Edit: we have since had Flow out for another smaller job, completely unrelated and more related to my shonky DIY job. They were non-judgemental, quick as a flash and kind and approachable throughout the brief process. I wish I could leave more reviews!
