The Most Honest and incredible Plumber in Ballarat! After getting quotes between $300 and $600 for a burst solar hot water pipe in my new home, a friend recommended Reggie from Fast Fix Plumbing. Reggie went above and beyond. It was late at night, so he literally tried to talk me through fixing it myself over the phone to save me an after-hours fee. I managed a temporary fix, and Reggie came out first thing the next morning to finish the job properly. To my absolute amazement, he didn't charge me a cent—he just asked me to pass his name along to friends. What an amazing guy and an incredible local business. Big thanks to Alex who fixed our long term dripping taps with new quarter turn taps and reseating. Other quotes were to rip the tiles out, but it wasn’t actually needed. Prompt, fast service and did a great job while explaining everything clearly. Cheers Alex. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
