Fast Fix Plumbing Ballarat

Tap repairs, blocked drains and hot water systems form the core of the work described by customers of Fast Fix Plumbing Ballarat. Alex is the name that recurs most often across these accounts, with several reviewers crediting him with punctual attendance and thorough fault-finding. One thing mentioned again and again is the clarity of his explanations, whether he is tracing a leaking shower, diagnosing a hot water tank that was not performing, or clearing a sewer line, and customers note that he talks through the cause and the available options before starting.

Reviews time and again mention tidiness, stating that work areas were left clean once the job was finished. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and one customer recalls that a simpler repair was chosen over the more invasive solution other trades had proposed for dripping taps, which were re-seated and fitted with quarter turn fittings. Drain clearing, including a clogged drain and a sewer blockage, appears alongside general plumbing repairs. Communication throughout the job, from the first response to updates on progress, is praised, as is the speed with which enquiries were resolved.

The Most Honest and incredible Plumber in Ballarat! After getting quotes between $300 and $600 for a burst solar hot water pipe in my new home, a friend recommended Reggie from Fast Fix Plumbing. Reggie went above and beyond. It was late at night, so he literally tried to talk me through fixing it myself over the phone to save me an after-hours fee. I managed a temporary fix, and Reggie came out first thing the next morning to finish the job properly. To my absolute amazement, he didn't charge me a cent—he just asked me to pass his name along to friends. What an amazing guy and an incredible local business. If you need a plumber you can actually trust, call Reggie! Wish i coud go for more than 5 star.. Reggie the LEGEND 💪

Alex was very responsive and honest in discussing our problem. His advice has helped us with our warranty claim. Thank you

Professional, prompt and friendly customer service with a 'can do' approach to solving any plumbing issue. Alex clearly explains everything and is your 'go to' plumber for any job, small or large.

Good, honest service. Alex quoted and completed the job quickly, actually quoted 5k cheaper than some other fool who thought I was born yesterday. Will call Alex for all plumbing needs in future. 5 stars

Big thanks to Alex who fixed our long term dripping taps with new quarter turn taps and reseating. Other quotes were to rip the tiles out, but it wasn’t actually needed. Prompt, fast service and did a great job while explaining everything clearly. Cheers Alex. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
