I contacted sleeps plumbing in the morning and had someone around within a few hours to look at the problem. Ultimately, it was a larger job which required Central highlands water to come in over several days, but Allan from Sleeps plumbing was really helpful in explaining the situation to me and even did a follow up call to check that the issue was being resolved and offered help me with any further questions that may have come up.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt obliged with Sleeps Plumbing in Ballarat. Their service was just amazing in a time of despair! After a night a heavy rain I woke to the unwanted realisation that I had a leak in my roof in the bathroom. After doing a google search for Ballarat Plumbers I started calling to see who I could get to come to assist. Unfortunately about the first 5 calls went straight to an answering service but then I called Sleeps Plumbing and it was picked up straight away. The kindly listened to me try to explain my issue and then had me send through a few photos. With that they then advised they would send out a plumber at 10am. Right on time a very pleasant employee called Ryan turned up and I showed him the leak and he went to work and after a short period of time Ryan had identified the issue and had fixed the leak which put a massive smile on my face! Undoubtedly I was just blown away how professional and responsive Sleep Plumbing were. Previously I had just used adhoc plumbers in Ballarat but going forward I will always use them for all my plumbing needs. Their cost too was really reasonable especially considering what I had paid in the past with other local plumbers who I thought were quite expensive.

Sleeps Plumbing were good right from the first phone call. Prompt service. Friendly and polite. Came in and did the job. They tested it and then cleaned up before leaving. And that is how it should be. Very happy with that.

I had a plumber come to my house not long after I called. Sleeps are always prompt, they discuss with me what the issue is, how it can be fixed and give an approximate of the price. I have used Sleeps many times and recommend them highly. Very polite and considerate of my time.
