Ballarat Gas & Plumbing Pty Ltd.

Ballarat Gas & Plumbing Pty Ltd. has earned repeat custom across the district through reliable attendance and considerate workmanship. Feedback from long-standing clients consistently highlights prompt arrivals, straightforward booking and courteous treatment from the team. Gas fitting is a recurring subject, with one household praising a tidy stove connection, while hot water systems appear repeatedly in accounts of replacements and repairs. A solar unit that had frozen and split was attended to on a rest day, with the electrical supply restored and storage versus instant replacement options explained clearly so the household could choose with confidence.

Reviewers name Trevor and Jamie, describing both as professional, punctual and genuinely personable. Improved water pressure following tap repairs is also noted, as is how smoothly the new fittings operate. Office assistance is remembered warmly, including an instance where a requested item was out of stock yet the response remained helpful. Customers returning over several years point to consistent pricing and polite service each time. Central heating installation sits alongside the plumbing work, and the willingness to attend promptly, explain options and leave a neat result is what keeps these clients coming back.

Heard water leaking and turns out the solar hot water system had frozen/busted. The plumber who inspected from another company turned the system off and quoted a minimum of $9300 to fix it. Called Ballarat Gas & Plumbing and even though it was his day off, he came out, switched it over the electrical only and was beyond helpful, for an infinitely cheaper cost. Couldn’t recommend them enough, and know that if we have any other plumbing needs, this is who we will call.

Not happy! Had a unit installed in 2019 barely use it, I have had it fixed 3 times already and needing a 4th fix! I have never known anyone to have so many problems with a brand new air con, they either didn’t install it properly or something! Don’t recommend (It was 1000% your compan) I will contact you and send proof, was told by reception you don’t service the units you install

Absolutely fantastic company, Jamie was so professional and quick, lovely guy, and arrived spot on time! Great job and I am very pleased..I would highly recommend this company, no hesitation. Love supporting locals too :)

Trevor and his team are a must for any plumbing issues. Ballarat Gas & Plumbing Services were recommended to me by a work colleague after I experienced the worst service from another plumber in Ballarat. Trevor came to my house to fix my leaking toilet. The service was quick and well priced. The team at Ballarat, gas and plumbing services were fantastic from my first phone call with Karen, who made me feel like a valuable customer. I will ALWAYS recommend Ballarat Gas & Plumbing Services for their professionalism and exceptional service.

Excellent customer service. This lady was extremely helpful even though what we were looking for they didn't have in stock.

Came out and reviewed the job before quoting, fair quote and completed job within the same week. Pleasant and professional, would recommend to anyone. (The job was..disconnect and remove old stove and install new cooktop in benchtop, and connect dishwasher)

Nick was great and I can’t believe how much better the water pressure is and how easy the tapes turn on and off. Highly recommend great service great hair!!
