Ballarat Essential Plumbing

Installations and replacements form a recurring theme in the feedback for Ballarat Essential Plumbing, with customers describing how new systems were delivered, fitted and handed over. Homeowners recount electric ducted systems going in with a Hisense unit and an Airsense 5 controller, a faulty electric hot water service replaced by a heat pump eligible for a rebate, and, in one case, a long-running heating and cooling fault resolved within a few hours after another firm had given up.

Zander is named often as a courteous plumber with clear explanations and good manners. Short-notice and long-standing jobs alike are accommodated, and urgency is handled calmly, including one burst pipe where the plumber offered reassurance while insurance details were sorted.

After 18 months dealing with another firm who were an absolute nightmare and ended up giving up on my heating/cooling problem and really left me in the lurch. The guys at Ballarat essential plumbing came out and sorted all of their mess in under 3 hours. In the most professional manner. Really smart, courteous team. From the office staff to the technicians- can’t fault them at all. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Wonderful service, quick and efficient. I have had a number of plumbing jobs fixed by this company..everyone of the plumbers I have met have been friendly , reliable and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

The team just helped me sort out a defective electric hot water replacement with a rebate eligible heat pump. Admin team was lovely and quick to respond to emails as well as other queries. The tradies themselves were excellent. The exposed copper pipes were all fully enshrouded in insulation, all of the rubbish was collected, and they worked through the rain at a solid pace.

Outstanding customer service, friendly staff and top work. The guys went above and beyond to help me out and fix my terribly blocked stormwater. I also use them for my evap cooler service and I'll be getting them back for my gas heater. I would definitely recommend them.

Brett was great to deal with and the work of the highest standard. He committed to the job, kept in contact throughout and very reasonably priced. Will use him again without doubt.
