Ballarat Blockages & Plumbing

Prompt, well-organised service from Michael and his crew is the theme that runs through the feedback, with customers returning to the same handful of strengths. Drainage work features heavily, from clearing blockages and invasive tree roots with specialised equipment to renewing ageing sewer lines and lifting associated plumbing to standard on difficult sites. Reviews regularly refer to that jobs are explained clearly, options and quotes are provided, and progress is communicated from the first call through to completion. Punctuality and tidiness come up often, as does the care taken not to disrupt the household while work is under way.

A handful of customers describe quick turnarounds, including a hot water service supplied and installed the day after the initial enquiry, and pre-purchase inspections thorough enough to uncover faults others had overlooked. Michael is named for his honesty, friendliness and practical advice, while Thomas, Jordy, Aaron and Tom are singled out for efficient, respectful work. Gas fitting, hot water systems and roof and gutter work also appear among the services customers have used. The result is a consistent account of careful diagnosis, fair pricing and problems solved properly the first time, with repeat business across multiple properties.

Micheal turned up on perfect time fixed my sewer issue in 30 minutes showed me the problem with the best video tech devices on the market .I would give him 10 stars if i could . Will be using him in future for sure.

Today I had a plumbing issue fixed by Ballarat Blockages and Plumbing. Initially, they quoted me $280, but since the job took less time than expected, they honestly reduced the final price to $220 themselves. That level of honesty and professionalism is something you rarely see these days, really impressed with their service. Michael and his team have done a really good job on the fix. Highly recommend them.

A big thankyou to Michael and his offsiders Thomas and Jordy for their prompt attention to repairing a blockage in our sewerage system on Wednesday. We were kept well informed of progress along the way. They did an excellent job and we have no hesitation recommending the business to anyone who requires the services of a plumber.

I had my hot water system fixed today by this company, by an young guy called Tom. He was efficient, respectful and very humble. He knew exactly what was wrong but took advice on the phone from his boss about what he was doing, products and the pricing. I am not only pleased with the work but also to see companies employing young people as well as young people doing respectful, honest, responsible jobs to earn a living. I wish Tom the very best.

Michael located and fixed a problem with my storm water drainage system. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. I'm happy to recommend Ballarat Blockages & Plumbing to others.

Having a bad experience with another plumber I was worried when I required a plumber again. I got onto Michael and he was fantastic. On time with no initial call out charge, explained everything, gave me options and provided quote. From first contact to job done 1 week!! I totally recommend him and his magnet is now on the fridge for next job. 👍😀

Great service. Michael and his team turned up at the appointed time and did a fantastic job on a complicated plumbing system. Very thorough and nothing was too much trouble.
