CQ Plumbing & Civil

Ballarat customers describe CQ Plumbing & Civil as a dependable outfit whose work is finished promptly and to a high standard, with tradespeople arriving when they say they will and diagnosing faults without drama. Something that features in review after review is the clarity of communication, both before and after a job, so householders understand what was done and why. Chris is named repeatedly as the reason for this consistency, supported by a team that handles everything from emergency call-outs to installing a natural gas point for a barbecue.

Reviewers note that quotes are given quickly and costs are explained in plain terms, with no surprises once the work is underway. Tidiness is another recurring theme, as sites are left clean and orderly when the crew departs. The depth of knowledge on show is praised, particularly how fast problems are located and repairs completed, while after-hours requests are taken on without difficulty at any hour. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are mentioned alongside how easy the team is to deal with from start to finish. Long-standing clients call on the business for jobs ranging from pipe cleaning to urgent repairs.

Chris and the team at CQ Plumbing are the best of the best! Reliable and always there when you need any job done !

Chris at CQ Plumbing deserves a medal for the amount of problems he’s fixed for us. Turned up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and somehow made plumbing sound interesting. The job was done quickly, professionally, and without me having to pretend I knew what a valve was. My pipes are happier, my stress levels are lower, and my wallet survived. If Chris can’t fix it, it’s probably time to move house. Highly recommend! 🚿🔧

Excellent plumbing service! Never seems to be a problem with after hours jobs, no such thing as too late in the evening or too early in the morning for the team. A friend of mine regularly gets her pipes cleaned by Chris and has no complaints about the business. Highly recommend
