Tom is a star! Fixed our leaking shower, Milli Axon bathroom sink taps & installed new sink plugs in kitchen. Went above and beyond to get spare parts for our lovely designer taps that are now obsolete and dealt with the manufacturer directly to get replacement parts free of charge under warranty! Very fair price for what was done. Highly recommend this company and will use again.

Kyle is very passionate about his job and down to the details. He did a very good job in fixing our water pipe. Victoria is very helpful and caring as I was very stressful facing my upcoming international trip and unexpected water leaking. The staff were very professional; the plumbers were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. They located of the source of a hidden leak under the floor in a rear bedroom and fixed it quickly. The overall cost was very competitive and much lower than a quote given a competitor. This the second time we have used them to find excessive water leaks, both times they were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them for my next plumbing needs.

Outstanding workmanship, honest and transparent. Charlie came to assist with a hidden leak, and was unable to fix it on the spot however he did not charged me the call out fee, he emailed me a quote for the repair which was fair and transparent.
