Pride Plumbing Melbourne

Pride Plumbing Melbourne has built a following among Melbourne homeowners who return to the same team for plumbing work over long periods. Reviewers frequently highlight how straightforward the crew is to deal with, with Shane singled out for courtesy, cleanliness and a willingness to explain what has gone wrong and what is needed to fix it. Punctuality and quick turnaround feature in accounts, including same-day attendance and an early return the following morning to repair a leaking copper pipe spotted while a hot water replacement was being quoted.

Communication is a recurring theme, with progress updates and a photographic record of finished work noted by customers. Faulty shower taps, toilet cistern swaps, in-wall cistern installations and upgrades to aging toilets in older properties appear among the jobs described, alongside gasfitting, drainage and hot water system repairs such as a replacement control valve on a unit that kept cutting out. Reviewers also mention tidy work areas, honest quotes and consistent service across repeat visits, and several say the team handled a last-minute emergency call competently.

Shane and his team were right on time for the toilet cistern replacement, and they were collected and knew the work by experience. I found the engagement pleasant and the delivered outcome 'top notch'. A big thank you to Pride Plumbing Melbourne, and I will call on them again next time, for sure.

Very efficient and responsive communication. Same day service. Highly recommend

We are long term customers (2017) of Pride Plumbing, with jobs ranging from a full bathroom renovation, to blocked drains, to reinstating a garden sprinkler system, plus many smaller jobs. Shane and his team have always been reliable, prompt and honest in their dealings with us. We have recommended them to other close friends (from the area) who have reported similar dealings and satisfaction. If I can find some photos of our bathroom I will upload a couple to show what an excellent job Pride Plumbing did. David and Sheryl (Doncaster)

Service Review The hot water system in my rental property kept going out after being lit. It would repeatedly ignite and then shut off again, and eventually there was no hot water at all, which caused a lot of inconvenience for my tenant. I was very anxious at the time. When Shane arrived, he quickly diagnosed that the issue was a faulty control valve in the hot water system. He replaced the valve along with some related parts. He worked diligently until 6:30 PM to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Throughout the entire repair process, Shane communicated with me promptly and kept me updated on the progress. This was a great help and provided reassurance during a stressful situation. I am very grateful for Shane’s professional, patient, and responsible service attitude, and I especially appreciate the time he took to make sure the issue was completely fixed. I am so satisfied with this service and sincerely recommend him to anyone in need! Thank you very much, Shane! 👍

Shane was prompt and reliable for a Saturday when I had a water leak. Gave a reasonable call out fee vs others I called. Even gave me a temporary fix so he didn’t overcharge me and came back first thing Monday to fix it in regular hours. Happy with the result

Huge thanks to Pride Plumbing for getting us out of a last minute jam! They were fast, professional and saved the day. I highly recommend their services!

Pride Plumbing is a reliable and professional business that consistently provides excellent service. The team is friendly and easy to deal with and they’ve always responded quickly when we’ve needed them to (for which we are very grateful!). It’s great to have a plumber you can trust, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, quality and reliable plumbing services. Shane and team rescued us this week when a water pipe was broken during some excavation work. Responded almost immediately, the pipe was fixed and the work could continue.
