CM Plumbing & Gas Services

CM Plumbing & Gas Services earns steady commendation from Melbourne customers for the manner in which Callum tackles both everyday and emergency plumbing tasks. Reviewers repeatedly note same-day attendance at blocked drains and a cracked toilet, with faults identified and fixed without delay. Turning up at the promised time is a consistent point of praise, and clients comment on being kept informed from the first call through to completion. Clear explanations, quotes given before any work starts and updates afterwards are described as standard practice.

The standard of the finished result draws comment, including thorough repairs to leaking taps and a shower where a worn washer was pinpointed and replaced. Leaving the site clean, particularly bathrooms, is another detail that appears often. A further theme is Callum's readiness to handle extra small faults that surface mid-repair, at no additional fuss. His manner is described as approachable, open and skilled, with repeat business a common intention. Care in outlining choices and finishing without drama recurs throughout, as does fair pricing on urgent call-outs.

Callum was absolutely fantastic. He made extra effort to come after hours to help me retrieve my engagement ring from the drain. He is a true hero and fantastic plumper.

Can recommend Callum. Communicated well, Arrived on time/as planned, diagnosed the issue and provided quote. Once agreed went ahead and promptly repaired, even went above and beyond by replacing another little issue that emerged during the fix. Left the bathroom clean and tidy. Would recommend, and will contact Callum again for future plumbing matters.

You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and doesn't cut corners. It's hard to find someone who's reliable these days, so I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need a plumber.
