Anytime Plumbing

Emergency plumbing across Melbourne is where Anytime Plumbing has built its reputation, with blocked toilets, foul-smelling drains and a failed hot water cylinder over the Christmas break among the jobs recounted. One thing mentioned again and again is the methodical approach of Darren, who is said to inspect thoroughly rather than rush a repair, tracing interconnected waste lines with a camera and explaining the pipework before starting. His specialist skill with ducted heating and his ability to locate a main sewer blockage at the inspection riser are repeatedly noted, along with the replacement of a damaged sewer pipe within a few hours.

Customers in several reviews describe punctual attendance, fixed-price quotes given upfront and communication that runs from the first call through to completion, including checking with the householder before extending the scope of work. Shae is also singled out for friendly, professional service. Reports of stormwater drainage faults and the installation of an electric appliance sit alongside remarks about tidiness and care taken inside the home, while competitive pricing and a calm manner that eases the stress of urgent problems feature across accounts of root problems and drain damage.

Honest and reliable. A breath of fresh air for a plumber

Darren and the team did a fantastic job relining my stormwater drains. They were very transparent and explained everything clearly down to the smallest detail. They showed up on time and completed the job within a very reasonable timeframe. I honestly can’t complain — great service from start to finish. What more could you want? I’ll definitely be recommending them and would happily hire them again.

Darren was recommended to me by the plumber I normally use due to his expertise with ducted heating. I could not be happier with the prompt, friendly and professional job he did. I would be happy to recommend Anytime Plumbing based on my experience. Thanks Darren!

Excellent prompt service at 7pm on a Sunday evening. Darren attended within one hour and whilst expectedly there was an after hours callout fee, this was entirely appropriate and commensurate (as opposed to some other companies who try to rort the situation with excessive charges). Darren was polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend and reuse in the future. Thanks!

Reliable, ontime and well priced plumber Darren from Anytime Melbourne Plumbing responded very quickly to my request for plumbing asssitance and gave me a fixed price quote that was very competitive against other quotes that I had received. He attended the same day and at the time as arranged. On describing the blockage problem to Darren he went straight to the inspection riser for the main sewer and immediately identified that the blockage was on the water provider's side of the pipes, the riser was full of water and should have been dry. He tried plunging without success and then put his CCTV down the pipe to determine where the blockage was located. Darren called the water provider to report the blockage and arrange for them to attend and clear the pipe. He also advised me that I could claim his fee from the water provider as the blockage was in their pipes. Darren also said to call him once the water provider had come and cleared the blockage, so that he could check the pipes were all OK. This level of service was well beyond that provided by most trades people I have dealt with over the years. I won't hessitate to call Darren if I need future plumbing works and heartily recommend him to anyone wanting a reliable, ontime well priced plumber.

Christmas break, house full of visitors and the hot water cylinder died. Darren was prompt to attend, advised on a suitable replacement and installed a new cylinder with a minimum of fuss. Great, friendly service and highly recommend.

I don't write many service reviews, but Darren and his team at Anytime Plumbing truly deserve recognition. Their professionalism and expertise are worth every penny, and they consistently put my mind at ease. Over the years, I’ve turned to Anytime Plumbing for various issues, from fixing drain damage to installing an electric appliance. Each time, they've not only resolved the problems swiftly but also done so with a level of friendliness and professionalism that's hard to come by. Darren and his team have become our go-to, trusted service because they genuinely care, know their craft inside and out, and are far more reliable and personable than any large-scale company we've dealt with. If you're unsure, just give them a call—I would be surprised if they can't help you out.
