Velaqua Plumbing

Reliability and prompt attendance form the clearest thread running through feedback on this South Melbourne plumber, with Daniel named time and again for arriving when agreed and resolving issues quickly. Customers writing about their orders describe same-day responses, including a leak repaired within an hour and a booking fitted in between other jobs the following day. Communication is another point that comes up often: enquiries answered within minutes, photos sent ahead of a visit, and problems explained in straightforward terms rather than jargon.

A number of reviews mention fair and transparent pricing, with quotes honoured and costs described as reasonable for the work involved. The scope of jobs covered ranges from leaking taps, low water pressure, blocked or malfunctioning toilets and washroom basin leaks through to the installation of basins, tap mixers and new toilet suites, alongside drainage work. Tidiness and courtesy are noted, as is the habit of going beyond the immediate task, such as tightening a hose or securing a toilet seat while on site. Long-term solutions are offered alongside immediate fixes, and the manner throughout is described as friendly, honest and professional.

Fantastic plumbing service from Dan. Great communication and high quality workmanship. Thank you Dan! So great to have a reliable experienced plumber.

Dan was lovely to deal with - very responsive, transparent and fair with pricing. He was super quick, came on the same day I asked about booking. He replaced my leaky tap professionally and even fixed my toilet seat and tightened a hose for me. Very kind, thanks Dan. Would recommend.

Very happy with the work Dan did. He was very knowledgeable and was able to work out our slightly strange plumbing system. Phoned for an appointment at 9.10am and he came at 11am which was our agreed time. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dan was responsive, honest and friendly. sent photos sunday night, fitted me in next day between jobs and did the repair within the quoted price. good job!!

Fantastic service. Arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was completely honest about what was required. What we thought might be a repair turned out to need a full hot water service replacement, and he was upfront about the work involved. Although it looked like the job might need to be completed the next day, he went above and beyond to keep things moving. He organised delivery of the new unit, removed the old one, and then came back later the same day to complete the installation. Professional, hardworking, reliable, and great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Daniel from Velaqua was professional, quick and great at his job! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks very much! Definitely recommend.

Daniel did a great job fixing the tap water pressure and repairing the washroom basin leak. He was professional, punctual, and explained the issue clearly. The work was completed efficiently and everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommended.
