UrbanPro Plumbing Melbourne

Blocked toilets, clogged drains, leaking bathrooms and a failing hot water unit form the backdrop to the feedback left for this Melbourne plumbing service, and the accounts follow a recognisable shape. David appears in several accounts, arriving soon after contact, locating the source of the trouble without fuss and explaining the cause before any work began, whether the fault sat with a flush valve inlet or a drain that would not clear. John is named in comparable terms, turning up the same morning a blockage was reported and dealing with it calmly.

A recurring theme is the upfront handling of costs: quotes are checked against other plumbers and found reasonable, replacement parts are charged fairly and unexpected charges do not feature. Reviewers repeatedly note that jobs are finished to a proper standard and the workspace is tidied afterwards. The scope described runs across drain clearing, bathroom leakage repair, pressure and temperature issues, and the fitting of a Rinnai B26 unit, after which the household reported the system working as it should.

I had a blocked toilet at my house in Clayton and contacted David for help. He got back to me quickly and was easy to communicate with. I compared the price with a couple of other plumbers and his quote was reasonable. Happy with the service overall.

After getting home from work, I noticed the toilet at my house kept running after flushing and the water in the tank just wouldn’t stop filling. David came over, checked it out and quickly found the issue was with the flush valve inlet. He explained what was wrong, replaced the faulty part on the spot and got everything working normally again. The price was very reasonable, especially for the replacement part, and there were no unexpected charges. Would definitely recommend David for a quick and hassle-free plumbing job.

Had a blocked drain at our house in Glen Waverley and reached out for help. John came by the same morning, found the issue quickly, and sorted it out without any drama. He explained everything clearly and the pricing was upfront—no surprises. Would definitely use them again.
