Plumb Melbourne

Households and commercial clients managing multiple sites describe consistent, well-organised service from this Melbourne plumbing team, with several reviewers noting that staff are attentive and take a professional approach to every job. Customers repeatedly mention the diagnostic ability of the plumbers, who assess problems carefully and talk through the options before any work begins. Punctuality is a recurring theme: arrivals happen when promised, jobs are finished efficiently and the area is left clean and tidy afterwards. Fair and reasonable pricing comes up often, alongside clever solutions for tricky faults that other trades had struggled to resolve.

Named staff including Ed, Peter, Zac, Brad and Harry are singled out for their friendliness, expertise and patience in answering questions, with long-standing clients describing relationships built over many years of dependable service. One recent kitchen tap installation was completed to a high standard, with the plumber explaining each step along the way. Keeping clients fully informed throughout a project is another point raised, as is the team's ability to detect and fix faults promptly without fuss. Customers describe a tight-knit group that takes pride in its workmanship and maintains clear communication from the first visit through to completion.

Easiest plumbing experience I've had. So easy to get onto Plumb, had plumber sorted in a few minutes, and they diagnosed problem and had new parts within the afternoon.

Prompt reliable service. The crew was able to detect the problem and fix promptly. Were able to answer all my queries and helped me understand the problem and offer solution Highly recommend

Great communication and prompt excellent service. Highly recommend Ed and his team.

We had a fantastic experience with Plumb Melbourne. Zac recently installed a new kitchen tap for us and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and completed the job to a very high standard. He took the time to explain everything and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who is reliable and takes pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would happily recommend Zac and the team at Plumb Melbourne to anyone looking for quality plumbing services.

Arrived on time, did a great job and made sure that there was no mess left behind. Highly recommend!!

Awesome experience with Pete and Zac. Previous plumbers had no idea what to do. Zac spent time assessing the problem and thinking about the best possible solution. All work was done professionally and was reasonably priced. Well done guys. You are my go to plumbers now.

Peter and Ed are friendly, professional and know their business. Thanks for the great service.
