Ultimate Plumbing

Speed and diagnostic expertise are what customers return to again and again when describing Ultimate Plumbing. Tyson is the name that surfaces most often in accounts, whether finishing a blocked drain on the same day after other services offered delays of several days, repairing a leaking pipe within a day of first contact, or preparing a thorough roof inspection report following renovations.

Zac is likewise singled out for rapidly identifying a problem and leaving the site spotless. More than one review highlights that the process runs smoothly from the initial enquiry to the final walkthrough, with Michelle credited for keeping matters organised behind the scenes. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the fairness of the quotes compared with the work delivered.

The equipment brought to the job, including cameras and moisture sensors, has allowed stubborn ensuite leaks to be traced and fixed where earlier attempts over many months had failed. The conduct of the tradespeople also draws comment, from removing shoes before stepping inside to talking customers through each stage of a repair. Jobs described span blocked drains, leaking pipes, roof reports, gas fitting, hot water systems and the supply and installation of a kitchen mixer tap.

We recently engaged Ultimate Plumbing to complete a roof inspection report due to a leaking roof after some recent renovations were completed. Tyson completed the report and was great to deal with, very knowledgable and helpful, and the report was very detailed. Michelle was also amazing and I found their whole process professional and seamless. Highly recommend!
