Act Fast Plumbing

Blocked drains, hot water systems, gasfitting and general repairs form the backbone of the work described, and the feedback from Geelong residents is consistently warm. Grant earns particular praise for old-school honesty, with several accounts noting that his advice steered them away from unnecessary replacement work and towards a straightforward repair. A toilet that another company had written off was diagnosed from photographs and fixed properly, while a pre-settlement inspection turned up building code breaches that had escaped the original report, with each finding documented in pictures and a live leak repaired during the visit.

Flynn draws frequent mentions for arriving on time and leaving the site clean, whether swapping out a kitchen sink mixer or correcting a dishwasher that had been installed badly by someone else. The pace of response comes up constantly, from same-day attendance when a hot water unit failed to drains cleared without delay and camera surveys that pinpointed the source of a blockage. Quotes given at the time of booking were honoured without extra charges, old heaters were removed without mess, and advice on replacement hot water options was explained clearly before any work began.

I called Act Fast Plumbing after noticing a leak in a newly installed dishwater (not installed by Act Fast Plumbing). Flynn came out and was so helpful, my dishwasher had been installed incorrectly and he was able to fix the issue quickly and was extremely thorough in making sure that it wouldn't happen again, also offering to come back promptly if there were any further issues. He was also on time, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend booking!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick and Flawless Installation! Our hot water system completely died, and Act-Fast Plumbing came out the exact same day to look at it. They gave us an instant, competitive quote to replace the unit. The installation team was fast, polite, and took great care to remove the old heater without making a mess. We had hot water running again in no time. Fantastic experience from start to finish! We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

Thanks Grant for your prompt service. Now we have no problems with the sewage. Fair and honest advice was given about the condition of the sewage system. The cost of the repair was well inside of our expectations, no fuss and no pressing of unneeded expensive repair work. I've now pulled off all of the so called 24/7 emergency plumbing service magnets of my fridge since none them could do the work till after the long weekend which would have meant no sewage for three days .. and everyone should know what that means.. . The only fridge magnet on the fridge is the 'Act Fast Plumbing' one. Nice to speak with a genuine tradie, which are difficult to find these days. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

Grant and the team at Act Fast are our go to for all things plumbing. They've done many jobs for us over the years and always deliver reliable, great workmanship, and provide quick and friendly service everytime. Can't recommend more highly. Thanks team.

I engaged Grant for a pre-settlement plumbing inspection on a property purchase. His attention to detail was excellent - he caught building code violations that weren't identified in the original building report, documented everything thoroughly with photos, and even fixed an active leak while he was onsite. Throughout the settlement delays, Grant was responsive and provided practical advice that helped me understand which issues to prioritise. Saved me significant headaches and expense. Would absolutely use Act Fast Plumbing again and recommend to anyone needing quality plumbing work in Geelong.

I had a blocked drain that was quickly unblocked. The team then performed a camera inspection to locate the cause of the blockage and provided clear recommendations on how to address it. The staff were very friendly, and the service was well priced for an emergency call-out. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their plumbing services again in the future.

Have used Act Fast for the past couple of years now. Grant and the team are top notch. Great comms, always talk me through the job and give options. Highly recommend
