Australian Hot Water- North West

Australian Hot Water- North West has built a strong reputation for hot water system replacements and associated gas work, with feedback covering electric and gas storage tanks swapped for continuous flow and heat pump units, including a Haier model. Customers frequently remark on the punctuality and speed of the installation crews, noting that jobs are often finished within a few hours and the site left tidy afterwards. Clear communication is a consistent theme, with updates provided from the initial quote through to completion and paperwork such as receipts and warranty details forwarded without delay.

Quotes are described as prompt, at times issued the same day, and pricing is seen as competitive and reasonable, without pressure to buy unnecessary equipment. Named team members including Mick, Angus, Theo, Troy, Samantha, Sam and Billy are praised for their professionalism, friendliness and readiness to explain options, while office staff are credited with efficient scheduling. Several accounts mention advice about a gas promotion that other suppliers did not raise, and one customer recalls telephone assistance with an old tank's ignition provided at no charge. The experience is commonly described as smooth and stress-free from first contact through to the final clean-up.

Replaced old gas-heated 160L tank with a 330L Haier heatpump hot water tank with them. Theo and Angus were on time and very efficient. Job done in 3 hours.

Sam and Angus were fantastic to work with. My 13 year old hot water tank needed replacing, and Sam made sure I was informed and aware of everything happening at every step. Angus arrived early and kept me up to date throughout the installation, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. Thanks again for all your help!

The quote was competitive, their service was friendly and efficient, and the job was done quickly and fuss-free. My old gas storage cistern was replaced with a continuous flow unit quickly and quietly. I could not be happier.

Great service - fast and efficient. On my last build they installed and did a great job. This time got my plumber installed on my new build with Au Hot Water supply only. Tip - make sure you get AU Hot Water to install your water heater - they do it all the time and know the tricks to get a compact installation.

Thank you Sam, Theo and the crew at Australian Hot Water for my Rheem Hot Water Installation. My hot water installation was not an easy one (also involving their electrician and plumber). Australian Hot Water answered all my questions and the whole process was easy and quick. Best of all Australian Hot Water were best value and service - saving me over $1000k for for the same job and system, from the other quotes I got.

Outstanding service! Called them Thursday, site checked Friday, arrived 0700 Monday, gone by 0900. In holiday season. It does not get any better than that.

Our electric hot water system broke down, feeling lost with a lot of information about sustainable options. So we reached out to a few companies that seemed to have good reviews. We were warmly welcomed by Sammy who works in the office, she patiently explains to us of the services they offer and how they can help us with the government rebates. She promptly organise a free onsite quotation for us. When Theo came to our house in a timely manner, he explains to us the pros and cons of the electric water tank and the heat pump and gives us no pressure to install either option. Theo has been in the industry for decades, he gave us valuable information as well as some tips to identify scammers for these government rebates. He is knowledge and easygoing. On the day of installation, Michael, Martin and Theo came earlier than the appointment time. I was surprised as there were the only one of the many tradies that I meet lately that's actually on time. The installation was done within 1.5 hour. The whole time, these gentlemen had been very very professional, communicating prior and well so I have predictability. They all had been in the industry and the company for a long time! They are very skilful and careful! They cleaned up after themselves too! I will be recommending them to my friends and family, I am sure that I will be a returning customer for any of my hot water needs. Thank you, Sammy, Theo, Michael and Martin!
