Harry arrived on time and gave me a 15 minute courtesy call on his eta. We ran through a few possible causes of my mixer tap hot water failure. In the end we fitted a new tap which he did efficiently. He takes pride in his work.

Harry was considerate and thorough He let us know his arrival time and completed the work in the timeframe he said he would.

Can’t thank this service enough. They responded to our call promptly, and listened to our concerns before equipping themselves to come out. Our precious engagement ring had been flushed down the toilet and they managed to retrieve it thankfully for a reasonable price. Special shoutout to Harry the plumber who completed the job for the customer service and professional job.
