Billy and Trevor installed a Puretec water filter for me, and the whole experience was fantastic. The job itself was quick, professional, and they double-checked everything before leaving to make sure there were no issues. What really stood out was their communication. There was a slight delay due to a stock issue, and an earlier appointment had to be rescheduled because another client had a hot water emergency — but at every step, they kept me updated. That's honestly rare; with a lot of companies you're just left hoping for the best, but with Brisbane Plumbing and Gas I always knew what was happening. On the day, they were friendly, efficient, and even gave me a great suggestion on the right filter for my needs. They also said they'd send me a reminder every year to change the filter media, which is a lovely touch. From booking to completion, it felt like a genuinely trustworthy and reliable service. Couldn't recommend Billy, Marcus and the ladies in the office at Brisbane Plumbing and Gas highly enough. From the first call the office team were friendly, responsive and kept me fully in the loop. Billy and Marcus turned up on time, were professional, personable and had everything sorted quickly and cleanly. Great service, great people.

Billy did a great job replacing my garbage disposal unit quickly and without fuss. The garbage disposal stopped working in the morning and a new unit was installed by lunchtime. Billy expertly did the replacement and gave a number of recommendations on how best to use it and avoid blockages. I am happy to recommend Brisbane Gas and Plumbing.

After our hot water system failed overnight, we called Billy at 8:00 AM on Saturday. By midday, he had a brand-new system completely installed! The team was super friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend their services.

The team came same day and made an assessment, explained everything well and got a new HWS installed after a leak was found in the morning. They happily moved everything out of the way themselves and put everything back. I could not fault professionalism and service, they were punctual and upfront and everyone was lovely to deal with including the lady on the phone. I only gave 4 stars due to price point. We probably could have saved 1k+ going with someone else so pricing is on the high side and felt a bit like I needed to make that decision quickly without time for a quick look online but that comes with the fact we needed someone able to do it quickly too 🤷‍♀️

Very happy with the service - Billy was very knowledgeable and speedy with replacing our gas hot water system. All done and dusted a few hours after first noticing our hot water was out. Highly recommend these guys!
