Had a great experience with Ash for a valve replacement. Arrived on time, got the job done in the quoted timeframe, and gave me some good honest info when he was on site. Reasonable price too - would definitely use this company again + recommend to others for Brunswick area.

Honestly top notch service. Had a couple quotes which were double or more than what expert were offering for what turned out to be a very simple job. Was skeptical at first but they talked me through everything, turns out everybody else was just taking the piss. Installation happened on time, Jackson did a great job and had a good friendly demeanour. Everything works now and certificate of compliance came through as well. Phone staff were very helpful, remembered my name and were communicative, if you need to follow up just call. Can definitely recommend! (edit was just typo)

Expert Plumbing and Gas Services were great to deal with. They were able to get someone out to fix the issue promptly. Ash was on time, friendly, and helpful. He explained things really clearly and fixed the problem with no issues. He even fixed a leaky tap I had that I had forgotten to mention in my initial request! It was an easy process from my end and a lot of peace of mind having the issues sorted so quickly. I would happily recommend Ash to anyone.

We had a leaking pipe in our garden as an emergency repair and Jackson was out to us within half an hour. He did a great job in replacing the old and tired plumbing in our garden, cleaning up the existing tap so it looked better than before, upgrading the valves and then left our garden looking clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Expert Plumbing were able to provide prompt accurate quotations to install my new hot water service and book in my appointment. The team arrived on site and professionally completed the installation. The office team were also able to submit the 3 claims for a total of $1900.00 rebates reduced the invoice I paid, and then processed the claim which was a great time and cost saver on my part. A follow up complimentary site visit was also done to remove filters from the shower heads to further improve the hot water pressure. I was so impressed got them back to decommission my gas hotplate and again they were professional and made the process so easy.
