I was really impressed with their professionalism, organisation and communication from the very beginning. The plumber, Brady, who came to our place, was a pleasure to work with. His friendly attitude made the whole experience much smoother. He took the time to thoroughly understand the issue and suggested a few solutions, explaining each one clearly. I’d definitely recommend them. Ok

Thanks again guys for great service with a smile! Damien did a great job and explained everything really well. Will definitely be calling on you again if the need arises in the future.

I would like to highly recommend Brady for his outstanding work in finding and fixing a difficult water leak. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and quoted a price for the work. It is difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable plumber. I can highly recommend Brady for his excellent work.

Brady from Fix It Right Plumbing did a fantastic job helping us with a musky smell that was coming out of our bathroom. He took the time to find the cause and identified that it was the toilet. He explained everything clearly, and worked hard to get the issue sorted. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the effort he put in. He was friendly, professional, and reliable. We would definitely recommend Brady to anyone looking for a great plumber. Thanks again!

Outstanding & quick service once again from Fix It Right Plumbing. Brady came out to replace our broken hot water system & he is a fantastic person to deal with - he has such a professional, calm & friendly manner about him. His work is quick, thorough & clean. He is a credit to your company.

Our hot water system broke down, so I called the team to explain, they had a gentleman here within the hour, his name was Thane who came to our assistance he ran me through exactly what the problem was showed me pictures of how the whole system was stuff, so this simply showed we are not getting ripped off which I thought was fantastic of him to do that, it shows so much trust and made me feel so comfortable for him to replace the system, Thane was so well mannered always asked me if I have any questions do not be scared to ask, he was very thorough and professional. Even after the brand new system was put in he was more then happy to show me exactly how to keep on top of things showing me what controls and triggers do what tomorrow keep the system in good nick. I recommend Thane and the team for your plumbing needs they go above and beyond it is very hard to find any company with same day service 10/10 thanks team

The boys were wonderful. Very concerned that I understood the process of using them, what was involved in the cost of replacing the broken parts or a new hot water unit. Once the new system was installed, the boys were also very concerned with explaining how it worked. It was also refreshing to have someone concerned with trying to offer options to help ease the pain of a large unexpected bill.
