Our hot water system broke down, so I called the team to explain, they had a gentleman here within the hour, his name was Thane who came to our assistance he ran me through exactly what the problem was showed me pictures of how the whole system was stuff, so this simply showed we are not getting ripped off which I thought was fantastic of him to do that, it shows so much trust and made me feel so comfortable for him to replace the system, Thane was so well mannered always asked me if I have any questions do not be scared to ask, he was very thorough and professional. Even after the brand new system was put in he was more then happy to show me exactly how to keep on top of things showing me what controls and triggers do what tomorrow keep the system in good nick. The boys were wonderful. Very concerned that I understood the process of using them, what was involved in the cost of replacing the broken parts or a new hot water unit. Once the new system was installed, the boys were also very concerned with explaining how it worked. It was also refreshing to have someone concerned with trying to offer options to help ease the pain of a large unexpected bill.
